Rachel will perform Eric Nathan’s Some Favored Nook on Yellow Barn’s opening night concert with renowned artists, pianist Gilbert Kalish and baritone William Sharp. The evocative and almost-mystical piece for soprano, baritone, and piano explores the friendship of Emily Dickinson and her long-time correspondent and eventual publisher H. Wentworth Higginson.
